The faculty has an average of 13.6 years of teaching experience, with 70% holding a master's degree or above. The teacher-student ratio is 1:1. All courses are taught in English. The school enrols over 30 students for the 2026–2027 academic year, with a graduating class size of 1.

The school provides a structured and supportive residential environment that balances academic rigor with opportunities for personal growth. Academic instruction is organised into nine 40-minute periods, Monday through Friday, followed by two 40-minute Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) periods, Tuesday and Thursday. CCA offers a wide range of interests, including Mathematics Club, Biology Lab, Art and Digital Media Studio, Economics, IELTS, Newsletter, Logical Thinking, Fitness Training, and Music. Several of these clubs were initiated and are led by students themselves.
